Asker: Thanks, Giovanni. I agree that this has something to do with heartbeats. But this answer leaves a couple of 'r's unaccounted for. The abbreviation for "ruidos cardíacos rítmicos" is more likely to be "RsCsRs", as per the question last year that Joseph found. The extra 'r's seem a tad too "creative".
