If the total amount of Credit Exposure under this Credit Agreement (including due and ***accruing interest***) exceeds the Lending Value, the Bank is entitled to proceed according to the terms of the Pledge Agreement (specifically under the section headed “Margin Call, Additional cover; Liquidation of Collateral (Pledged Objects)” and to dispose of the Collateral in its favour, as well as to cancel the Credit Limit, making all Credit Exposure under this Credit Agreement due and payable with immediate effect.

Ho trovato molte occorrenze per "accrued" ma non per accruing, mi chiedo se debba tradurlo con "maturati" o eventualmente con "maturandi", ossia se ha senso dal punto di vista finanziario.
