Please take a look at this dialog:

-And what is the writing say?

-Okay.
-But that's a lot to wrap your teeth around. So, we just called him the Slumbering One.

Because of the context, I suppose "But that's a lot to wrap your teeth around" means something like "Mas é tão longo que embola a língua".
