"NC1 control based normalization was used for data analysis in Helios, which incorporates the DMSO neutral control (NC) and MG132 active control (AC) for generating dose response curves that are then used to calculate the Absolute Qualified AC50 calls for each compound and cell line.
NC1 normalization calculation model:
+/- is set by the inhibition type parameter setting where NC and AC are averages (mean or median) over the corresponding NC and AC well values.
