She described the pain as consistent severe, aggravated by cold, hot, and mastication. Patient reported inability to tolerate room temperature water.
Radiographs were taken and a clinical exam was performed. The findings are as follows.
Patient has good oral hygiene, brushes and flosses twice daily. There is evidence of palatal staining due to heavy coffee drinking.
#3: Incomplete RCT, Open distal contact of the crown.
#4: Short screw posts.
#5: Buccal veneer. Veneer is placed over a pre-existing composite resin filling which spans the occlusal surface of the tooth.
#6 Veneer: Over-contoured gingival third.
#7 and 8 Veneer: Over-contoured, open margins, excess cement.
