I'm not quite sure what translators and interpreters of the highest calibre / caliber have against the term of conveyancing (dealings in land) and IP art of 'dealing' but it does seems to work 9 times out of 10 out in most Romance lingos into the Queen's or other non-pidgin forms of English.
PS: 'acts of disposition' I normally associate - in the UK at least - with 'voidable' fraudulent dealings and preferences in bankruptcy.
