disagree  Tony M: No, that's not unusual (though 'rated' is redundant in a list of... 'ratings'!); but this isn't 'déclenchement' (tripping) but 'making' (opp. of 'breaking') — at best 'enclenchement', but that's not the right term here anyway.

Explanation:
The FR is more explicit, since obviously when the contact is made (= closed), the current cannot be known, only presumed!
'nominal' is probably best for 'rated' here.
IATE and GDT both propose this translation for 'making current'; in GDT, we also find 'courant d'enclenchement' (strictly speaking, the idea is really 'à l'eclenchement')
