The task is related to the Tower app ( section of telecommunications) , the document is very long and contains a lot of area, user interface ( UI), lease agreement of the ground where the installation will take place, and even the technical components of the telecommunication tower.

So far you have a very serious inconsistency between the meaning of "lease" presumed in the two answers and the "context" you have given:

Law/Patents - Telecom(munications)

Lease = "type of contract between an occupier and a property owner" might be right for your text but has NOTHING to do with "Telecom(munications)" it's "contract law" / "property law" ...

OTOH there is an existing concept of "lease" in some communication protocols (what YOU declared to be the "context"), but THAT kind of "lease" is something entirely else.

To make your question even more puzzling, an "exhibit" would NOT be part of any contract, but "an object or document produced in court as part of the evidence." - so it would look like your text about is some litigation?

Unless you are happy with wild guessing, could you say more about the whole document, and also give a full sentence or paragraph here this term was used?
