Инструкция для модераторов форума для укрепления доверия в группе.
1. Open the meeting with something that breaks us from “real life.” Read a poem, your Forum Manifesto (if you have one). Meditation / Mindfulness is great - and useful for the rest of life.
2. Provide a high level, quick, whole-life check in. Can use a simple 1-10 self-rating.
3. Introduce a trust builder question after the check in and before the update. Ask different members to bring one each month. A trust builder gets all voices in the room up front and deepens our knowledge and thus trust of each other.
4. Reinforce the idea that the update is for each member to share the most meaningful and significant parts of their life. It is not a checklist to step through. (EQ not IQ)

6. Self-time updates. An iPad timer set on the table helps the member share what’s important within their time.

20. Before preparing updates ask each member to consider: How do I make meaning in my life? How am I blocking myself? How are unconscious limits coming into my life? This changes the update from a travelogue to a personal growth opportunity.
21. Get each member a journal (Moleskin works great) to keep their personal updates. This becomes a diary of their life. And when doing the following month’s update they can check back to see where they were.

Больше нет никакой информации. Получается, что раз в месяц какая-то группа людей (возможно, работаюшие в одной компании) встречается и под руководством модератора проводит разные упражнения (установление доверия, лучше понять друг друга...) в ходе тренинга. Self-time update - вообще непонятно. Буду благодарна за любую помощь или наводку.
