Hi everyone,
I'm pretty sure this one is a typo that's beyond comprehension and I'll have to use a [sic], but perhaps someone has seen this how it's supposed to be and could decipher it? Cardiology report on a baby who underwent surgery for a congenital defect (aortic coarctation). I'm assuming "alising" is aliasing, but the "pais" is beyond me.

Context:
IT mínima que no permite estimar unas presiones pulmonares por signos indirectos probablemente sin cambios a 2/3 de las sistémicas (50mmHg).
Válvula pulmonar sin IP.
Tabique interauricular con FOP con shunt l-D con alising por pais altas, interventricular íntegro.
Drenaje venoso pulmonar y sistémico normales.

I believe PAI = presión de la aurícula izquierda in this context. High pressures = increased flow velocity = signal aliasing on echo.
