I know that ECS is "Éducation Complète à la Sexualité". However, I can't find any references for SE. Can anyone help with this?

  -> & is an anglicism in French. SE is actually a better translation for M&E than S&E. The link I provided doesn't follow appropriate conventions. So SE can very well mean "S et E".
