I'm translating some health & safety documentation for staff of a catering company. Under a section called "Règles élémentaires en production":
- Désinfecter la zone de production (charriot, tapis, …) entre chaque changement de production et en fin de production conformément aux procédures de nettoyage et en utilisant les produits recommandés sur cette procédure
- Veiller à ce que les mises en place soient reprises par les magasiniers après utilisation
What might "mises en place" mean here?

Discussion
'Mise en place' is generally 'prep', but clearly here it is being used as a concrete noun.
It's not clear from the excerpt if we're talking about some of that prep or all of it. Also, what are magasiniers here? Surely not storekeepers. Firms that rent out equipment or tables/chairs or cutlery/crockery?
You could leave it in French if this were a posh restaurant, but it's not.
