* If there is no data – it gives the sense that the project is not making the progress it should be. In different reports (donor reports, monitoring reports
collected by the project etc.,) there should be collaborating information that they can use to reflect the results of the project – to **see pre and post**; and if
there is no numbers explain this through qualitative information and statements.
