Spanish term or phrase: recurra contra las liquidaciones que se practiquen
Hi. I'm translating Poder Especial from Spain. In one of the passages about faculties, it says:
"solicite la liquidación de impuestos y recurra, en su caso, contra las liquidaciones que se practiquen incluso por vía judicial."

My try: ask for tax calculation/assessment and appeal for ongoing calculations/assessments.

I think here payment does not suit "liquidación". What do you suggest?
There is nothing else about this. The other information is about guarantees and other documents.

recurrir contra las liquidaciones que se practiquen
appeal against such (tax) assessments as may be raised (gen.) such accounts as are taken

Explanation:
such... as to reflect the subjunctive mood.

liquidación de impuestos > assessment of taxes, West that does not contain the taking of accounts spin that often works in other contexts.

appeal against assessments

Explanation:
That's all you need to say. "Que se practiquen" is redundant.

disagree  Andrew Bramhall: jf redundant, why include it in the first place? You seem to want to improve the ST, rather than just translate it;

  -> Surely you know that Spanish is very wordy compared to English. If you translate every word (and I'm sure you don't), the translation is unreadable.
