Explanation:
Покольку по контексту неясно, имеются ли в виду бочки, в которых выдерживается вино, или добавки (дубовые щепы, чипсы), которые непосредственно добавляются в напиток для выдержки, в последнем случае предлагается данный вариант. По поводу термина "сильный обжиг" полностью согласна с Ириной.
