Jineta

Muchas gracias.

Stripes

After a web search I found a picture of a group of Colombian military wearing their "Good Conduct Jineta" on the sleeves of their uniform (see first web reference). The jinetas are very similar to the stripes used by the non-commissioned officers of the U.S. Army in their Class A uniforms to signify years of they have served (see second web reference). Given the similar look and position in the uniform, I would suggest "Good Conduct Stripes" as the correct translation.
Example sentence:

A good conduct stripe is given for each three years of honorable service.
