: I do not think it is "draw out" here (nor "draw attention" or "reveal"), but to "thread" the different notes; to lenghten the individual sounds of the notes by delicately "spinning" them with the next one; to spin the notes into a continuous strand...

It is an internal voice, called Analogue which has suddenly started *hanging on to whatever notes I play*, and simply won't let go.
spin the notes (into a continuous strand)

3. tr. Dicho de algunas cosas: Discurrir, trazar o
inferir de otras.

En este caso, el antiguo texto original diría que está usando el sentido, actualmente en desuso, de hilar, en este caso en alusión poética a hilar finamente una nota con otra ("liaison"), lo que produce la sensación que sugiere el texto de sonido sostenido aun cuando los instrumentos usados no puedan prolongar cada una de sus notas. Algo así como decir que (los músicos) spin the notes into a continuous strand.
