XXX must bear the payment of all taxes, tributes, contributions, fees and charges of any nature applicable on the supplies and services herein contracted and due pursuant to the law, hereby undertaking to present to YYY, whenever it is so requested, the relevant payment vouchers, and XXX is responsible for the indemnification and reparation of losses that may be caused to YYYY and, further, to third parties in the compliance with the tax legislation. YYY as withholding source will pay the taxes it is required to by the legislation in force, and YYY is hereby authorized to discount such values from any amounts due by YYY to XXX hereunder.
