je pensais à une vignette ou à une étiquette (rectangulaire, longue et étroite) qui indique les taxes payées pour la fabrication et se trouve sur le bouchon de certaines bouteilles telles que liqueurs et alcool ...
du point de vue esthétique, elle ressemble un peu à l'étiquette sur les paquets de cigarettes ( ... du moins ici en Italie)

These stamps are made in the Federal Republic of Germany on white paper with a natural watermark. The symbol is divided into four fields. Sealing revenue symbols consisting of three fields and revenue forms quoting quantity or price are used for special products. The use consists of cancellation and application on to the retail packets of tobacco products.
