There's always context! What is the header of the list? What are the previous/following bullet points ...? Are they saying that certain patients are unsuitable for certain treatment, oder was?
Non-ProZ.com Oct 19, 2004:
Context... Alas there is none!!! It's just a list of bullet points...!

and I thought it was about translators suffering from lack of context ;-)

compromised aerodynamic state/status

True, haemodynamic with "compromised" appears far more often, but "aerodynamic" does also exist meaning an impaired ventilatory (or lung) function.

The problem here: The original term “Kompromittierung” is not appropriate in German medical language; after looking up some German medical webpages, I found that it has been used in an Austrian article (http://www.kup.at/kup/pdf/4006.pdf) - together with "hämodynamisch".

Anyway, the English translation of “aerodynamische Kompromittierung” should be “patients with compromised aerodynamic state/status”.

compromised h(a)emodynamic status/state

on the assumption that a "Patient mit aerodynamischer Kompromittierung" does not exist (at least I have never seen one) and building on Edith answer.
