English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Failing payment of this Price by the due date, following notice to pay remaining without effect during thirty (30) days, XXX shall have the right, without prejudice to any other right or recourse, and in particular its right to terminate the Contract, to demand the return, the costs and risks to be borne by the Distributor, of all the unpaid Products remaining in the possession of the latter, including in the case of *JUDICIARY TURNAROUND* or liquidation of the latter or any equivalent procedure.
