"El-teknik drift" is another subject covered in this course. At this moment I have "electrical systems performance," but not being an electrician, I'm not sure how this translates. Again the student taking this course would have had advanced electrical training. Perhaps there's a way of translating it so the term is more reflective of the course on windmills and their construction and operation. Anyone know anything about windmills?

El-teknik is 'electrical engineering'. If this were one phrase, it would have to be 'el-teknisk drift'. As it is not (and considering your other question about 'El-teknik styring') it would be logical to assume that these are two courses on electrical engineering, one focusing on 'controls', the other on 'operation'.
