Het hangt een beetje af van de financiële sophistication van de doelgroep. Als die behoorlijk is, zou carve-out kunnen blijven staan. Hetzelfde geldt volgens mij voor IPO ipv emissie. Uit je omschrijving is niet helemaal duidelijk wat de relatie tussen A en B is, echt afgesplitst of een doorzakconstructie. In het laatste geval zou ik er ... van dochteronderneming van maken.
