Remuneration
As Mr XVX is also employed as Head of Business Segment Region East and will fulfil his function as Chairman of the Board in Poland via irregular work days for the company in Poland, no amounts can be defined as orientation for the cost transfer. However, for the purpose of adhering to revisions by external audits, a documented proof of the implemented cost transfer including its calculation can be provided.
