“Constrained ethyl (cEt) sugar moiety” means a substituted sugar moiety comprising a CH(CH3)¬-O bridge between the 4' and the 2' furanose ring atoms. In certain embodiments, the CH(CH3)¬-O bridge is constrained in the S orientation.
