Hi there,
I'm guessing this is something like "outline", am I correct?
My translation:
The wing also exhibits a particular shape at the rear, the wing plan is slanted upwards thanks to the découpe of the sides of the compartments or ribs such as to bend the trailing edge.
Thank you in adavnce :)

: Most likely and consistent with source, a drawing should enlight us anyway, in French or in English, "découpe de côtés" is a lateral cutout, how can this bend the traling edge upwards?
