It rather depends on how the assessor has defined his directional axis, but one has to assume it's the direction of motion. 0° would then be head on, 180° would be a rear end shunt, and +/- 90° would then be side-on collisions.

It will be either "head-on" or "side impact" to the front right. It depends from where the angle is measured. "Head-on" would be my guess.
