This is part of a "Quality assurance" questionnaire for a company's prospective suppliers. I'm not sure what the difference is/ how to translate "certifié" and "agréé"? Certified and Registered? Thanks

"Approved" could work too if "accrédité" also shows up in your document along with "certifié" and "agréé."
