French term

sans bénéfice possible...

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Employee Stock options
This is taken from a document advising employees of their rights in terms of exercising their stock options in connection with the Company Savings Scheme.
I think I know what this is saying (see below the French text) but want to be absolutely sure, as I got a bit bogged down with it in the middle. It's the bit between the ** to which I refer.

I think it is saying that shares acquired in this way are frozen for 5 years in a special compartment of the CSS, without the possibility of making any profit (?) if they are 'unfrozen' early (i.e. before the 5 years are up), as provided for in the rules applying to the CSS...except in the case of the beneficiary's death?

Everything else is quite straightforward in the text - it was just this bit that confused me slightly, so any expert input would be appreciated (as ever). Thanks in advance.

without any possibility of taking advantage of the early releasing cases as provided.....

with no profits allowed if unfrozen in accordance with the rules...

I think your understanding is correct - just a case of trying to find some more natural-sounding phraseology to express it clearly in English.

As pointed out by writeaway, I should have said "with no profits allowed if unfrozen as provided for by the rules..."
Peer comment(s):

neutral writeaway : Asker's translation is more accurate-provided for in the rules -not in accordance with.
