I'm wondering how to phrase this:
"La société agissant en tant que mandataire du groupement solidaire pour l'ensemble des entrepreneurs groupés qui ont signé la lettre de candidature déclare avoir pris connaissance du présent accord cadre, paraphé et signé par le titulaire +++dans sa partie engagement+++"
"in its capacity to bind" is the nearest I've come up with, but it's not very elegant.
Does anyone have a clue please?
