Since from your given context it would appear clear enough what the rules are and what the punishment may be, I think this would be sufficient — the 'warning' is of course about the possible punishment if the rules are broken, but I don't think the FR term needs to be translated literally word-for-word; I believe this would be the natural equivalent in EN.
