Spécialiste de la production d’acides aminés naturels et de dérivés, 100% d’origine tracée à destination des industriels de la pharmacie, de la santé et de la nutrition humaine, animale et végétale.

There is obviously a difference between this and traceable, but I'm not sure how it is expressed. This is not a field I usually work in and the rest is straight forward.
I just want to be sure I've got the right term.
