Pour CEM j'ai trouve' Conception à l’Ecoute des Marchés, je pense que ca pourrait etre ca. Il s'agit de la conception du produit qui prend en consideration les besoins du marche'. Or, je ne sais pas s'il existe une traduction de ce terme. Ca pourrait etre market listening conception ou voice of the market (VOM) conception ou listening to (the) market conception (j'ai trouve' listening to market research)
