board / be admitted / find their way onto
Essentially, I take this to mean gaining admission to (getting on board) the cruise. Many different options, though. Hopefully others will have some better solutions for you!

Neil, for your information, my suggestions did refer to the books getting onto the cruise. However, I had understood the text as being from the cruise, not to it (it was late), so more of a deal of offering the prestige of sale onboard in exchange for a financial contribution toward the print costs. Sooo... having readjusted my thinking, I'm now leaning more toward "will be available for purchase at an onboard book signing and sale" or "will be brought onboard for a book signing and sale". Something like that...

be placed on board
Laurel has the right idea, but we're talking about some kind of printed materials (signed books, perhaps?), so I don't think her suggested translations are appropriate. You could also say "for onboard sale on the cruise".
1 heure
be placed on the premises
Not a ship, but whether head office or port facilities or other I have no idea. Unless the author is plugging for an all-expenses-paid cruise just so she can sign books.
"Celebrity X Cruises" brings up nothing but porn (not port) sites.

Note from asker:
Try Celebrity Century X Cruise. That brings up the cruise line. They appreviate it in the letter and leave out the word, Century. |
Sorry -abbreviate. Typed it too fast. |
2 heures
earn a place/acceptance
in Celebrity X Cruises eventually leading to the sale of signed copies on board
I am taking meaning of "enceinte" as "within" here, getting accepted into the heart/bosom of cruiseline
I think Phil has the right idea about possible onboard sales but this option leaves it a bit more vague as in original... unless you know that they are going to sell these on board as soon as they are printed? Presumeably the author feels these books will be to their mutual benefit if s/he is are asking for financial help for the printing.
BTW the lines certainly have a variety of cruise types and destinations.

The simpler the better, I believe...

Discussion
- on ne dit pas "destinés DE", mais "destinés A"...
- le terme "gagner" n'est pas approprié ici;
- s'il s'agit d'un navire nommé "CELEBRITY X CRUISE", alors le terme de "enceinte" ne convient pas;
