PTT (Partial Thromboplastin Time): TTP (tiempo de tromboplastina parcial).
The partial thromboplastin time (PTT) or activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) is a performance indicator measuring the efficacy of both the intrinsic and the common coagulation pathways. Apart from detecting abnormalities in blood clotting, it is also used to monitor the treatment effects with heparin, a major anticoagulant.

Metrazol is the commercial trademark of pentamethylenetetrazol, or pentylenetetrazol (PTZ), a drug used as a circulatory and respiratory stimulant (another commercial name is Cardiazol).

Según la solución aportada, "PTZ is rarely used for partial thromboplastin time; and if PTT also appears in your text (for partial thromboplastin time), PTZ is plasma thrombin time."
