Buongiorno, sto traducendo un decreto del tribunale (sezione fallimentare) e non so bene come tradurre 'patto paraconcordatario'. Ho trovato questo riferimento ma è solo in italiano, lo cito nel caso sia illuminante per i colleghi: https://www.advant-nctm.com/news/articoli/patti-paraconcorda...
Da questo articolo mi sembra di capire che i patti paraconcordatari siano 'accordi preliminari con i creditori non ancora stipulati'.
Questa la frase che posso condividere per dare un po' di contesto: 'in assenza del consenso al meccanismo di uscita dalla crisi e ai patti paraconcordatari da parte di un creditore fondamentale come X'
