Japanese term

水質源

Japanese to English Other Environment & Ecology
The entire phrase is 水質源の有効利用 and all it is is a phrase at the top of a page on a company's efforts at reductions in waste emissions. It is just a phrase pointing to a website where readers will be able to learn more.
Thank you for any help.

here in this url, you can see the confusion of 水資源and 水質源.

if you want to distinguish the two terms, 水質源 could be WATER SOURCE.
Anyhow, 水質源の再利用 is strange for me.
