The 1st term refers to coverage of injury to oneself, or "personal injury protection." It appears to be more commonly rendered as 人身傷害(保険). (If someone else is aware of a difference in these two, please advise.) The 2nd term can be translated as "bodily injury liability," and refers to when a third party is injured.
