In the context ofcompliance with Japan's version of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, this basically says that although Jpns companies do disclose their consolidated financial statements now, it's hard to say "連結の経営管理" is really working.
If possible, I need to distinguish these words from those in previous question, "統括管理." Thanks for any help!!!
