Orygina³ napisany bardzo skomplikowanie. Ja rozumiem orygina³ jako: œrodki sprzêtowe informatyczne i œrodki sprzêtowe telekomunikacyjne = urz¹dzenia informatyczne i urz¹dzenia telekomunikacyjne.
Do "przetwarzania danych osobowych" nie potrzeba innych rodzajów urz¹dzeñ.
EDV = elektronische Datenverarbeitung
TK = Telekommunikation
