Estoy traduciendo un borrador sobre texto legal y me he encontrado con esta frase que me está costando entender. La primera parte hasta "e em contradição" es la parte que me está costando:
8Se a Lei fosse idêntica nos artigos, como divergir, sem fundamentar seriamente, com uma nova interpretação e em contradição com as decisões anteriores do Tribunal quanto à contagem do prazo.
