"particleboard" might be the answer ... … if the question were a crossword clue.
However, I understand the sentence needs to be translated as such, e.g. "If one or more parts are made of material obtained by agglomerating leather shavings or fibres"
Also, it's not clear whether the "viruta" is also "de cuero", though it looks likely
