Aerodynamic piece (in Formula 1 racers) or other cars placed in the back to exert pressure on the rear wheels.
In many cases like regiar cars is probably useless, just for looks!

With respect to Heathcliff's and Vaugh's comments, I wouldn't say that "wing" translate "alerón", it translate "ala" (of birds or aircraft); "aileron" translate "alerón", a control surface in airplanes, and "spoiler" may also be translated as "alerón" or "deflector aerodinámico". Car lovers in Venezuela call it "espóiler".
