Spanish term or phrase: testimonio
Eine notarielle Urkunde aus Peru ist mit dem *Testimonio* überschrieben und der Ausdruck findet sich auch jeweils auf der Vorderseite der Blätter in einem Kästchen mit den Namen des Notars.
Es geht um eine Scheidung nach vorheriger Trennung (Divorcio Ulterior). Ich hatte zunächst gedacht, es sei schlicht "Protokoll" gemeint, dann aber gesehen, dass hierfür im Dokument der Ausdruck "protocolo" verwendet wird. Könnte es eine beglaubigte Abschrift sein?

Explanation:
also ich übersetze das immer direkt mit Abschrift, da es mir bisher bei notariellen Urkunden immer als "primer" oder "segundo testimonio" untergekommen ist, und das ausgedruckte Dokument heisst dann auch z.B. "primer testimonio". Die eigentliche Transkription wird meistens nicht erwähnt im Titel.

Laut deinem Link1 Bolivien: "Cualquiera de las partes tiene derecho a solicitar una copia de la matriz a esto se llama **testimonio**, y esta debe ser copia fiel de la escritura pública, pasado el año de la fecha de extensión, los interesados pueden obtener otras copias mediante orden judicial."
Es könnte aber auch nur heissen: "beglaubigt durch den Notar XXX"
