Se trata de un proceso especial no dispositivo. Por lo tanto no procede la imposición de los costes a ninguna de las partes.

Den Teil “no dispositivo” verstehe ich nicht. Im Becher steht für proceso dispositivo = Parteiprozess, Verfahren mit Dispositionsmaxime.
Das wäre dann ein Nichtparteienprozess? Aber das scheint keinen Sinn zu machen, weil die Verhandlung mündlich mit Erscheinen der Parteien war.
