Swedish term

knorr (in this context)

Swedish to English Other Business/Commerce (general) hostmanship
A company that's promoting the concept of 'hostmanship' (not even sure I understand what's meant).
Example: talking about a letter that can be subscribed to. Det ska helet finnas en liten krok, en knorr eller en oväntad vändning.
If anyone has any idea, I'd love to know.

twist

It's literally curl, but obviously used metaphorically in this context. A twist, perhaps, although that could also apply to the final "unexpected twist".
