Königin Christine vergab das Gut als Lehen im Jahre 1648 an Gerdt Anthon von Keffenbrink, der für seine außerordentlichen Verdienste im schwedischen Staatsdienst unter dem Namen Rehnskiöld geadelt wurde. Als Kammerpräsident von Schwedisch-Vorpommern oblag ihm die Finanzverwaltung des Landes.

This is mostly a guess, as I am not clear of the role or status of a kammarpresident. Sven's ref suggests some legal role.
My guess of "chamberlain" is at least reasonably close to "kammare", and fits in well with the period.

In view of these very perceptive comments from Mario Marcolin, and the useful reference below found by mstkwasa, it seems this is someone in charge of the finances.
However, the word \"president\" was not much used at that time in this sense in English. I think a word such as \"Chancellor\" might fit the period better, or even Pro-Consul.
My guess of "chamberlain" is at least reasonably close to "kammare", and fits in well with the period.
