You are right, the preceding and following sentences do not relate, as they belong to different sections in the chart notes.

Previous: Pat har varit mycket matt den senaste tiden.

Following: Status: Nagot respiratoriskt paverkad.

Could you please give some more context, as to the preceding and following sentences. I understand that they probably don't relate, but they give a better picture of what part of the chart this is taken from.

It's a heading to report any hypersensitivities, but "ej penetrerat" tells that the physician hasn't asked the patient about this.
