著名网络法律师商建刚律师先生（www.wangluofa.com）为本次活动提供全过程法律服务，本协议双方因履行本协议而引起的争议或与本协议有关的任何争议，应先协商解决或者通过商建刚律师进行调解。但如果在协商开始后的60天内或双方书面同意的更长期限内未能达成和解方案的，任何一方均有权将争议提交上海仲裁委员会，双方均明白仲裁程序是独立于法院诉讼的争议解决程序，因此，一旦提起仲裁，双方均有义务按照该委员会现行有效的程序规则选择仲裁员、配合开庭审理等，并充分了解仲裁程序采取一裁终局制，即仲裁决定一经作出立即生效，任何一方均应按仲裁决定执行，否则对方有权向有管辖权的人民法院申请强制执行。 | Translation - English
Mr. Shang Jian’gang, a person who is a famous lawyer of Wangluofa（www.wangluofa.com）,assists in the law service in the whole process of the activity，the disputes arising during the time when the Parties hereto are fulfilling this Agreement and any other dispute concerning this Agreement，should be settled through negotiation or interceded by Mr Shang jian’gang. But if the mediation has not been concluded within 60 days after negotiation or longer period as consented by the both Parties in writing，either Party has the right to submit the dispute to Shanghai Arbitration Commission of China. Both Parties understand that arbitration process is independent from the process of settling the disputes concerning court lawsuit，thus，once the dispute is submitted to the arbitration，both Parties has the obligation to select arbitrator and cooperate in holding a court and judging according to the valid process and rules of the committee，and fully realize that the arbitration process adopts the rule that the first arbitration decision is the final one，namely, arbitration decision comes into effect as it is made，either Party should exercise according to the arbitration decision，otherwise, the other Party has the right to apply for the compulsory execution of the People’s Court with jurisdiction. |
