If my turnover increases, my income will not raise as the increase would go mainly to taxes and social security (all percentages and the more you earn, the higher the percentage!) Or, if the turnover increases, I can treat myself to a few professional extras (conferences, training, other investments) that are tax deductible... All in all, my income will remain the same.
I can't be sure, but I certainly hope so!

David Young (X) Denmark Local time: 04:57 Danish to English Hoping is not enough | Dec 6, 2010 |
And nor is thinking. You have to intend. The universe does not respond to hope, it responds to intention. If you intend to earn more money next year, you will be active in your efforts to expand your business and find new customers. If you just hope, you will be passive. Maybe sounds like new-agey mumbo-jumbo, but it always works for me. Always. I intend to expand my business next year in the areas which most interest me.

There are signs of recovery in the global economy, so we might have more projects in 2011... Not sure.
agreed that hoping is not enough... | Dec 6, 2010 |
in fact, that is the OPPOSITE of new age mumbo jumbo. The school of positive manifesting believes that if you send your hope into the universe, you are rewarded etcetc.... I think my income has potential to increase and I will do whatever I can. However, I can't be sure by how MUCH it will increase. Hopefully, I will be able to get more clients and better projects...i am doing better this year so the trend may continue....

Yes, but not too much | Dec 6, 2010 |
the boss gave me the promise. but i know it is not very much
I worked as a part-time freelancer until September this year and I can say that I actually just started in freelancing. I don't have yet the amount of work I would like to have, but I know that it will increase and so will my income.

I don't know if there is an increase in store, however I am actually quite content with the income I have right now and I would be happy if it simply stayed at that level. I know, being content with what you have is a rather radical view these day where everyone wants to achieve more and more...
